🍜 Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle, a global chain specializing in the cuisine of its namesake southwestern Chinese province, has made its Arizona debut on the northeast corner of Dobson and Broadway in east Mesa.
It shares a building with Koreatown in front of the now-closed AZ International Marketplace.
As its name implies, Ten Seconds’ menu features Yunnan-style rice noodles cooked in 10 seconds. The signature dish is Crossing the Bridge Noodles, available with a variety of broth flavors.
Open 11:30 a.m.-8 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, 11:30 a.m.-9 p.m. Friday-Saturday, and 11:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Sunday.
