Noble Bread seeks bankruptcy protection

🥖 Phoenix artisan bakery Noble Bread has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Owner Jason Raducha says the move was a strategic measure to restructure and there are no plans to close or liquidate assets. Noble Bread is featured at several Valley restaurants – including its sister business, Noble Eatery – and sold at AJ’s Fine Foods and many farmers markets.
