Dress sharp, eat well: Warren’s Supper Club opens in Chandler

🎷 Chandler just got a little more glamorous. Warren’s Supper Club, a Cajun-influenced fine-dining and drinking destination, has opened on the northeast corner of I-10 and Ray.

Warren’s mixes old-school jazz club cool with modern culinary finesse. Think steaks served on 500-degree plates, handcrafted cocktails, and live music seven nights a week.

The menu focuses on elevated American fare, including charbroiled oysters, fried lobster deviled eggs, smoked maple pork belly, a 40-ounce tomahawk ribeye, and a $125 seafood tower for two.

The bar program offers nine creative specialty cocktails, led by the signature Warren’s You Call It Old Fashion, and more than three dozen wines by the bottle or glass.

.Open 4-10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 4-midnight Friday-Saturday.

Filiberto’s Mexican Food (multiple locations)

🌯 Fast-casual Filiberto’s Mexican Food, known for its 24-hour drive-throughs, has closed six of its Valley restaurants without explanation. The locations are Pecos and McQueen in Chandler, Williams Field and Val Vista in Gilbert, Indian Bend and the 101 in Scottsdale, 19th Avenue and Bell in Phoenix, Thunderbird and 83rd Avenue in Peoria, and Dysart and Van Buren in Avondale.

Hap’s Pit Barbecue in Phoenix

🍖 Hap’s Pit Barbecue announced it will close July 11. The Phoenix smokehouse has been in business for 34 years – the first 10 at 24th Street and Jefferson and the last 24 at 48th Street and Washington. ‘‘After 34 unforgettable years, it’s time to say goodbye,’’ says owner Christina Darroch, who took over the restaurant from her parents in 2012.

Tabé-Mono in Ahwatukee

🍣 Japanese restaurant Tabé-Mono Sushi & Shabu has closed. The family-run business took over the former Sushi Ken space in the strip mall on the northeast corner of Chandler and 42nd Street in September 2021. It offered seafood, fusion rolls, sashimi, and shabu-shabu.

Tacos N More in Maricopa

🌮 Mexican grill and salsa bar Tacos N More has closed its original restaurant on the northwest corner of John Wayne Parkway and Smith Enke. The family-run concept, which debuted in 2006, still operates  locations in Chandler and Gilbert. Its menu offers all-day breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
