Island Fin Poké Co. closing after 2 years at Verde at Cooley Station

🚫 Island Fin Poké Co., a well-regarded Florida-based chain, is permanently closing its Gilbert location today.

The eatery opened at Verde at Cooley Station on the southwest corner of Recker and Williams Field in July 2023.

‘‘This difficult decision comes with a deep sense of gratitude for all of you who have supported us throughout this incredible journey,’’ the restaurant posted on social media.

‘‘Since opening, we’ve been proud to serve the Gilbert community with fresh, healthy & delicious poké, and to have achieved the highest Google ratings for poké in the entire Valley.

‘‘But as important as our food, it’s the connections we’ve made – with guests, team members, and neighbors – that we’ll always carry with us. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.’’

The Gilbert location is the chain’s only one in Arizona.
