Negranti Creamery brings its sheep’s milk ice cream to Valley

🍨 Negranti Creamery – which offers small‑batch, farm-to-spoon ice cream crafted from sheep’s milk (as well as cow’s milk and vegan sorbet options) – has made its Arizona debut on the southeast corner of Camelback and 32nd Street in Phoenix.

Founded in 2010 by Alexis and Wade Negranti, the creamery began on a Central California farm and has since garnered acclaim from The New York Times, Martha Stewart, and Condé Nast Traveler.

A rotating menu of core and seasonal favorites – like Thai Tea, Strawberry Basil, Blueberry Lavender, Fresh Mint Chip, and fan-favorite Crazy Cookie – is served in cups, waffle cones, or creative treats like milkshakes, affogato, and brownie sundaes.

The scoop shop also offers locally roasted coffee and espresso beverages.

As Phoenix welcomes this taste-forward newcomer, expect more locations to come. One is set to open this summer in Peoria, followed by  another in Tempe.

Open 7:30 a.m.-10 p.m. daily.
