🍛 Exciting news for lovers of Indian food: Bahaara Indian Kitchen, which specializes in North Indian cuisine, has opened on the northwest corner of Rural and Ray in south Tempe.
Backed by executive chef Jiten Sibal, an alum of the revered ITC Maurya’s Bukhara in New Delhi, Bahaara offers elegance without the premium price. The entire menu is 100% halal, with inclusive options for vegan and gluten-free diners.
Step inside and you’ll be greeted by a warm, modern dining room and a full bar boasting beer, wine, and inventive cocktails, highlighted by the Spicy Guava Maria.
On the menu, tempting appetizers such as Galouti kebabs, crispy Kurkuri Bhindi, and spicy vada pav pave the way to the stars: buttery Dal Bukhara, rich Mutton Rogan Josh, and creamy butter chicken.
Tandoori lovers will delight in seafood options like pomfret and shrimp.
Open for lunch and dinner Tuesday-Sunday.
