🥐 Café Bliss, a fast-casual eatery with a bustling coffee bar and a food menu crafted for both casual mornings and leisurely brunches, has opened on the southeast corner of Palisades and Avenue of the Fountain in Fountain Hills.
The menu features buttery breakfast croissants, savory quiches, and an array of house‑made pastries, such as Budapest cake with hazelnut meringue and chocolate drizzle (pictured) and lingonberry coffee cake.
Fans of wholesome choices will appreciate the freshly pressed juices, while coffee lovers can indulge in expertly pulled espresso drinks. For lunch there’s a selection of sandwiches – such as chicken with shaved parmesan – on Noble breads.
The café also sells products imported from Sweden, including lingonberry jam, ginger snaps, and candy.
Open for breakfast and lunch Monday-Saturday.
