🍦 Petersen’s Ice Cream & Cafe, which opened in downtown Gilbert in 2015, has launched a second location in the Lowe’s plaza on the northwest corner of Higley and Queen Creek in south Gilbert.
Petersen’s, which got its start in Chicago in 1919, sells 30 flavors of premium ice cream in small (pictured), medium, and large cups, as well as waffle cones and pints to go.
Other popular menu items include root beer floats, banana splits, and build-your-own ice cream sandwiches.
Open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday.
