Seven Brothers Burgers, a Hawaii-based chain started by seven brothers, has opened its third Valley location near SanTan Village on the northwest corner of the 202 and Santan Village Parkway in Gilbert.
Launched in Oahu in 2009, Seven Brothers made its Arizona debut in Queen Creek in 2023. A second location opened in Peoria last month.
Seven Brothers’ menu features eight ‘‘Hawaiian-style’’ burgers, one designed by each brother plus a veggie burger.
Leading the list is the Spencer Burger (pictured) topped with an onion ring, jalapeño bacon, Swiss cheese, and proprietary Spencer sauce.
Other options include coconut macadamia nut shrimp salad, home fries, and banana bread topped with toasted coconut and chocolate for dessert.
