Random AF Taqueria debuts inside Phoenix liquor store

🌮 Random AF Taqueria, a small counter-service Mexican eatery, has opened inside the North East Market liquor store near the southeast corner of 32nd Street and Thomas in Phoenix.

Tacos, burros, and quesadillas come with a choice of carne asada, al pastor, birria, pork belly carnitas, shrimp, or chicken tinga.

The birria, though, takes center stage in a variety of menu items, including Random AF’s signature birria grilled cheese sandwich (pictured), birria pizza, birria ramen, and birria egg rolls.
