🧑🍳 Arizona Chef’s Week – an event billed as ‘‘a brand-new dining event celebrating local chefs, seasonal flavors, and bold creativity across the Phoenix area’’ – kicks off Friday and runs through next Sunday, Aug. 10.
The concept is similar to the twice-a-year Arizona Restaurant Week, which will hold its fall edition Sept. 19-28.
For Arizona Chef’s Week, more than 40 Valley restaurants are offering exclusive, three-course prix fixe menus priced at $55 or $66 per person. But the menus will feature one-of-a-kind dishes crafted just for the week.
Each restaurant is encouraged to design a menu – with at least two choices per course – that’s a departure from its normal offerings. Some menus also may include a drink.
Some of the participating restaurants include Wren & Wolf in Phoenix, Espiritu (pictured) in Mesa, Uchi in Scottsdale, Filthy Animal in Tempe, and The Mexicano in Chandler.
See the full list and their menus here.
Reservations are highly recommended as restaurants are expected fill up quickly.
