🌶 La Ristra New Mexican Kitchen will hold its 13th annual Hatch Chiles Roast on Friday, Sept. 5, and Saturday. Sept. 6. Chiles must be ordered in advance online or by phone through La Ristra’s Gilbert or Chandler location.
During the two-day roast in the parking lot of the Gilbert restaurant, there will be festivities including live music and a Santa Fe Brewing tap takeover.
The New Mexican chiles are $60 for a 40-pound sack (20-30 pounds after roasting) or $110 for two sacks. You can choose a heat level (medium, hot, or extra hot) and which day you will pick up your order.
