🍳 Scottsdale-based brunch concept Over Easy is celebrating the opening of its 18th location Saturday near the southeast corner of I-10 and Verrado Way in Buckeye with two days of specials.
Saturday and Sunday, diners can enjoy a penny mimosa with the purchase of an entrée, and families can take advantage of a Kids Eat Free promotion, valid through the weekend at the Buckeye location.
Over Easy’s creative takes on classic breakfast staples include banana nut french toast, golden waffle dogs, chilaquiles, and a Monte Cristo sandwich (pictured).
The Buckeye location was built by Phoenix-based Laurshan Construction.
Over Easy will continue its expansion with a location expected to open later this fall at I-17 and Dove Valley in north Phoenix.
