🐓 Zaxbys, a Georgia-based fried chicken concept, makes its Arizona debut Wednesday at the Vineyard Towne Center on the northwest corner of Combs and Gantzel in Queen Creek.
The fast-casual restaurant and drive-through offers chicken tenders, wings, sandwiches, and salads. You can choose sauces such as Zax Sauce (Thousand Island-ish), Tongue Torch Sauce, and Buffalo Garlic Blaze.
Sides include fried pickles, fried cheese bites, Texas toast, Asian slaw, and egg rolls.
Two other East Valley locations are coming to Queen Creek and Signal Butte in Queen Creek and Val Vista and Germann in Gilbert.
Other Zaxbys are in the works for Phoenix, Scottsdale, Goodyear, and Surprise.
An official grand opening celebration will be held from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. next Tuesday, Aug. 19. The first 100 guests will get free Zaxby’s for six months.
