BoSa Kobe Hot Pot opens 2nd location in north Scottsdale

🍲 BoSa Kobe Hot Pot, a sister concept of the Valley’s ubiquitous BoSa Donuts, opens its second location Friday on the northwest corner of Northsight and Raintree in north Scottsdale.

BoSa Donuts owner Jackson Chao and his cousin Sovanna Srey debuted the hot pot restaurant last year near the northwest corner of University and Farmer in downtown Tempe.

The menu offer several kinds of made-from scratch broth – such as tonkatsu, miso, or black garlic – with a choice of noodles, proteins, and other add-ins. Vegetarian/vegan options also are available.

There’s also Asian beignets, mochi ice cream, and Japanese sodas, beers, and wines.

As a grand-opening special, the eatery will offer an all-you-can-eat hot pot for just $9.99 per person (free for kids under 6). The special will run through Sept. 30.
