The Mix by Chic Chef debuts at Arizona Center in Phoenix

🥗 The Mix by Chic Chef, a walk-up gourmet salad bar and lunch spot from chef Nik Fields, has opened at the Arizona Center in downtown Phoenix.

It joins another Fields business, The Grind Coffee Shop, in a dual-concept hub called The Collective.

Signature salads include:

• Skyline Salmon with Crispy Rice (with fresh scallions and a sweet-savory vinaigrette),
• Downtown Cajun Shrimp Cobb (with smoky corn, avocado, and tangy mustard vinaigrette),
• Concrete Jungle Jerk Chicken (Jamaican flavors with pineapple habanero vinaigrette).

Vinaigrettes are made with Fields’ signature line of oils and vinegars.

Besides salads and bowls, The Mix offers seasonal soups, New York-style cheesecake, and $5 sparkling lemonades in flavors like watermelon jalapeño and mint lime.
