🍹 Lazy Bird Kitchen & Cocktails, a restaurant specializing in elevated comfort food and craft cocktails, has opened at Park West on the northwest corner of the 101 and Northern in Peoria.
It takes over the 6,820-square-foot building previously home to The Cabin restaurant, which closed in February.
Menu highlights include the namesake Lazy Bird, a roasted half chicken with garlic mashed potatoes; a 10-ounce coffee-rubbed ribeye; honey harissa salmon; and an avocado BLT with a quarter-pound of smoked bacon.
All signature cocktails are $10 during happy hour from 2:30-5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. close daily.
