Dink & Dine Pickle Park makes national debut at Mesa Riverview

🍔 Dink & Dine Pickle Park, a new ‘‘eatertainment’’ concept planning a national rollout, has made its debut at Mesa Riverview on the southeast corner of the 202 and Dobson.

It takes over the space briefly home to The Revelry and, before that, was Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill.

Dink & Dine spans two buildings and has 13 courts, multiple eateries, banquet rooms, and an outdoor area with picnic tables, fire pits, a stage, and a dog park.

The main eatery is an all-day restaurant called PaddleHeads with an exhibition kitchen and a large bar area.

Highlights of the soft-opening menu include a superfood chopped salad, smoked beef brisket burger, chimichurri steak and frites, and oven-roasted brick chicken.
