🍨 Salt & Straw, the Portland-based ice cream shop at Agritopia in Gilbert, releases its latest monthly flavor series – The Apple Series, celebrating the bounty of apple season and the beginning of fall – Friday.
The limited-edition flavors available through Oct. 2:
- Apple Cider Donut: Royal icing ice cream studded with hunks of apple cider donuts and ribbons of cinnamon-vanilla caramel;
- Apple & Cheddar Cinnamon Roll: Bites of apple pie-stuffed cinnamon rolls folded into sharp white cheddar ice cream, and finished with a cinnamon swirl;
- Vanilla Apple Custard Tart: Apple cider-spiked vanilla custard with house-made vanilla-apple tart bites;
- Caramel Apple Sherbet: Crisp apple sherbet ribboned with vanilla-infused caramel;
- Hoppy Apple Cider Sorbet: Dairy-free sorbet made with dry-hopped apple cider.
