🇻🇳 Amy Pho, a family-owned Vietnamese restaurant, has opened on the northeast corner of Seventh Avenue and Union Hills in north Phoenix.
It takes over the space formerly home to PT Pho Express, which closed in June.
The signature Amy Pho comes with chicken, steak, shrimp, green onion, white onion, and cilantro. You also can choose one-protein, combination, seafood, or vegetable versions.
Other entrees include egg noodles and fried rice, along with spring rolls.
Beverage options range from flavored teas to Vietnamese coffee.
