🥪 Sourdough & Co., a California-based chain of sandwich shops, has opened its sixth Valley location on the northwest corner of Hayden and Chaparral in Scottsdale.
Founded in 2010, Sourdough & Co. has about 100 locations, mostly in California.
Its menu includes ham, roast beef, and other traditional sandwiches, along with specialty sandwiches such as a French dip and smoked brisket. The menu also features soups and salads.
