Desi Chowrastha, a Texas-based chain of Indian restaurants, has made its Arizona debut on the northwest corner of McQueen and Warner in Chandler.
It’s located in the same strip mall as Zesty Zzeeks and The Sugar Bar.
The menu features Indian street food from every region of the most populous country in the world, including kabobs, curries, dosas, sandwiches, and its signature biryani. (Pictured: Sev Poori.)
Desi refers to South Asian culture, while Chowrastha means a gathering place.
