
🌮 Chilaquiles Modern Kitchen, a Mexican restaurant with two locations in Mesa, has launched a third on the southwest corner of John Wayne Parkway and Smith Enke in Maricopa.
The signature dish, obviously, is chilaquiles, available with red sauce, green sauce, or both (pictured). They also offer a build-your-own option with various sauces and meats.
Other breakfast highlights include huevos rancheros, green chile pork skillets, corn bread and gravy, birria omelets, banana pudding pancakes, churro French toast, and even breakfast birria ramen.
Tacos, burros, enchiladas, sandwiches, and burgers are available for lunch and dinner. (Dinner is only available Fridays and Saturdays.)
