Build-your-own healthy bowls concept Bowl Lab opens in Glendale

🥣 Bowl Lab, an health-focused eatery that describes itself as ‘‘where flavor meets intention,’’ has opened on the southwest corner of Olive and 43rd avenues in Glendale.

The menu offers a variety of signature bowls, including the Mexican Sunrise, Southwest Chicken Sizzle, Salmon Oasis, Triple Threat Sweet Spicy Shrimp, Teriyaki Terror, and Maple Cinnamon Crunch.

You also can build your own bowl by choosing a base, protein, toppings, and sauce.

Bowl Lab is a bit tricky to find. It’s located inside the Brookwood Commerce Center (the sign on the building says Arizona College) next to the first-floor elevators.
