🎣 Scottsdale Fashion Square just hooked a big one: Catch, the buzzed-about seafood and steakhouse concept with outposts in New York, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, has officially dropped anchor in Arizona.
Known for its glittering interiors, lively vibe, and over-the-top plating, Catch arrives with plenty of star power and Instagram-ready flair.
The menu is a global seafood lover’s dream. Signature rolls like the Catch Roll (crab, salmon, miso-honey) stack high on the plate, while towering seafood platters practically demand a photo before the first bite.
Hot entrées range from Cantonese lobster to truffle sashimi and A5 wagyu cooked tableside on sizzling rocks.
For a sweet finale, the famous ‘‘Hit Me’’ chocolate cake – topped with a melting ice cream bar (pictured) – offers a dessert experience as theatrical as the entrées.
Beyond the food, Catch Scottsdale is designed to be a scene. Expect soaring ceilings, lush greenery, dramatic lighting, and a sprawling bar program pouring everything from craft cocktails to bubbly towers.
