🥯 North Scottsdale just scored a fresh batch of bagels. New York Bagels N Bialys, an East Coast–style deli and bakery, has officially opened its newest location on the southeast corner of Hayden and Thompson Peak Parkway.
It marks the family-owned brand’s fourth spot in the Valley and its third in Scottsdale.
Known for hand-rolled bagels, scratch-made bialys, and an extensive menu that goes far beyond breakfast, NYBB has been a staple for Valley residents craving authentic New York flavors since the early 2000s.
Guests can expect all the classics: bagel sandwiches stacked with lox and cream cheese, overstuffed Reubens, and hearty egg platters. Don’t skip the bakery case, loaded with black-and-white cookies, rugelach, and other traditional sweets.
The Scottsdale location follows the same all-day deli format, meaning whether you’re grabbing a quick breakfast bagel or settling in for matzo ball soup and pastrami at lunch, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped into a neighborhood institution.
