🥃 Whiskey and Wings Sports Bar & Grill has opened in the former Fat Willy’s space on the southwest corner of Carefree Highway and Black Mountain in Cave Creek.
Owners Nick and Michaella Richmond say the bar brings together their favorite things: whiskey, wings, and wall-to-wall sports.
Wings come in 15 flavors, ranging from mild Jr. Falcon’s Dry Season to scorching Suicide. Burgers, sandwiches, and build-your-own pizzas also are paired with a lineup of whiskey-forward cocktails and pours.
The 7,400-square-foot building has been a sports hub for nearly two decades, first as Gallagher’s Sports Pub until its pandemic closure in 2021, then as Fat Willy’s, which closed this summer.
