🥟 Happy Bao’s, a family-run Northern Chinese restaurant offering traditional dumplings, noodles, and baos, has opened its second Valley location in the Asiana Market plaza on the northwest corner of Union Hills and 43rd Avenue in Glendale.
Its first location opened in 2019 at Mekong Plaza in Mesa.
The house specialty is xiao long bao, Shanghai soup dumplings filled with pork, scallions, and a gelatinized chicken broth that turns into liquid when steamed.
