🏄 Cannon Beach, the entertainment and lifestyle destination near the southeast corner of Power and Warner in southeast Mesa, will hold a free grand-opening block party from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday.
The party will include music, local food vendors, petting zoo, costume contest, and a foam truck.
The 37-acre mixed-use development built around Revel Surf Park includes a white sand beach, a skate park, sports facilities, retail shops, restaurants, a hotel, and a med spa.
Eateries already open include The Fresh Monkee (protein shakes), Guru’s Indian Kitchen, Hooligan’s Coffee Shop, It’s Boba Time, Moku Hawaiian Grill, Russo’s New York Pizzeria, Schlotzky’s, and Two Hands Corn Dogs.
Still to open: BoSa Donuts, Buena Papa (french fries), Creekside Tacos, George’s Sports Bar, JL Hot Pot, Taqueria Factory, Nautical Bowls, Peach Cobbler Factory, The Yard Milkshake Bar, Wetzel’s Pretzel’s, and Wow Wow Lemonade.
