🌮 LaCo Smashburgers & Tacos Bar, a new concept fusing Mexican street food with American grill favorites, has opened on the northeast corner of Scottsdale and Acoma in north Scottsdale.
It takes over the space formerly home to Leghorn’s in the same strip mall as Cava.
The menu offers four smashburgers, including The Mexicano, a double patty with white American cheese, sliced jalapeños, cilantro, onion, and jalapeño burger sauce.
Other highlights include mini quesabirria tacos, fajitas cheeseteaks, carnitas tacos suaves, and wagyu street fries.
The Spanish-style décor features weathered wood, colorful metal chairs, and a front patio with picnic tables and string lights.
LaCo’s kitchen is open until midnight with a full bar until 2 a.m. nightly.
