🍳 Sunshine Breakfast Bar, the cheerful all-day brunch concept known for its colorful plates and laid-back vibes, has opened its second Valley location – this time bringing its good morning energy to the northwest corner of Baseline and Rural in south Tempe.
Following the success of its original spot in north Phoenix, the new outpost serves the same crowd-pleasing lineup of creative breakfast classics, from indulgent pancakes and hearty scrambles to lighter fare like avocado toast and açai bowls.
Guests also can partake of a full espresso program, fresh-pressed juices, and brunch cocktails like mimosas, bloody marys, and spiked cold brew to keep the good times rolling well past noon.
The bright, airy space (originally a McDonald’s and most recently Flo’s New Asian Cuisine, which closed in 2023) features Sunshine’s signature aesthetic – pastel walls, neon signage, and plants aplenty – paired with friendly service and an easygoing soundtrack.
The location offers both indoor seating and a cozy patio, ideal for savoring those perfect Arizona mornings.
