The heart of the kitchen is a Josper grill, a specialized, hand-forged charcoal oven imported from Barcelona, promising an unmatched depth of smoky flavor in their whole roasted fish and prime meats.
Don’t skip the Hummusiya menu, which offers a rotation of house-made dips like baba ganoush and pistachio labneh, all served with warm, freshly baked pita.
