STK Steakhouse returns to Old Town Scottsdale – in familiar space

🥩 STK Steakhouse is back in Old Town Scottsdale – just a few months after its first Arizona location called it quits.

The modern steakhouse and lounge concept, known for its high-energy vibe and DJ-driven dinner party atmosphere, has reopened in the original RA Sushi space on the southeast corner of Scottsdale and First Street.

(Both STK and RA Sushi are owned by The ONE Group Hospitality).

If you’re keeping track: STK first arrived in Old Town in 2020, ran for four years, and closed earlier this year. Now it’s back with a refreshed interior and the same signature menu built around premium steaks, luxe shared plates, and playful sides (yes, the truffle fries and mac-and-cheese flights are still here).

But STK doesn’t just lean on the steakhouse hits – it leans into the scene. Think upbeat music, mood lighting, and that unmistakable social energy that turns a dinner reservation into a night out.

What to expect:

  • Steaks, elevated: Japanese A5, dry-aged cuts, and customizable toppings.
  • Seafood crowd-pleasers: Tuna tartare, shrimp cocktail towers, and seafood platters.
  • The vibe: Polished, stylish, and built for birthdays, date nights, and table-side Instagram moments.
  • DJ-fueled dinner: STK continues to blur the line between upscale dining and nightlife.

And Scottsdale won’t be the brand’s only Valley footprint for long. STK is working on a second Valley location in downtown Phoenix.
