🍸 Il Asilo, a four-year-old restaurant and bar on the northwest corner of Thunderbird and Seventh Street in Phoenix, has been sold and renamed The Corner Bar.
The new owners are Lindsey Walsh and Sandi Zerlaut, who also own The Playa II Bar & Grill about four miles away. The sale was facilitated by The Restaurant Brokers.
Walsh and Zerlaut are well-familiar with their new acquisition. Both worked there pre-il Asilio when it was known as Ammaccapane’s Restaurant & Bar.
