🍷 Humble Bistro, a neighborhood wine bar, has opened its fourth Valley location on the ground floor of the Adeline Luxury Living apartments – just north of the Phoenix Suns arena – on the northwest corner of Jefferson and Third Street in downtown Phoenix.
The 3,300-square-foot restaurant and bar offers shareable starters, artisanal pizzas and flatbreads, house-made pastas, and handcrafted spirits from around the globe.
Humble Bistro, operated by head chef and partner Jorge Gomez, made its debut in 2021 at High Street in northeast Phoenix. A second location opened in Gilbert in 2022.
A variation of the concept, Humble Oysters & Bubbles, launched at High Street last year.
