Study shows Chandler has most expensive McDonald’s prices in U.S.

🍔 Back in September, a study showed Gilbert was the most expensive city in the United States for food delivery. Now, another study ranks Chandler as the most expensive for McDonald’s.

According to a NetCredit study on fast food prices, Chandler diners pay nearly 40% more than the national average for Big Macs and other McDonald’s menu items.

Overall, Arizona is the third most expensive state for McDonald’s at 20.89% above the U.S. average. It also has seen the country’s greatest increase since 2023, when it was only 1.56% above average.

Among other fast food brands, Arizona ranks fifth most expensive for Pizza Hut. On the flip side, we’re the sixth cheapest for KFC and seventh cheapest for Popeyes.
