🍜 Jinya Ramen Bar, a contemporary Japanese restaurant known for its slow-simmered broths and customizable ramen, opens its third Valley location Wednesday at The Trailhead on the northeast corner of 83rd Avenue and Happy Valley in Peoria.
The Los Angeles-based chain made its Arizona debut in downtown Chandler in 2021 and added a central Phoenix location in 2023.
Jinya offers 14 varieties of ramen made with broths simmered for more than 20 hours and house-made noodles that undergo a special aging process. In addition to ramen, the menu has appetizers, salads, rice bowls, and seafood tacos.
The beverage program includes local craft and Japanese beers, wines, and sakes.
As a grand-opening special, the first 100 rewards sign-ups will score a free bowl on their next visit.
