🥖 Pickleman’s Gourmet Café, a Missouri-based chain of sandwich shops, makes its Arizona debut Thursday at Arrowhead Towne Center on the northeast corner of the Loop 101 and Bell in Glendale.
The fast-casual eatery is the first of five Pickleman’s planned across Arizona under franchise owners Matt Frick and Joey Liekweg. It’s the 34th Pickleman’s nationwide and its first-ever inside a shopping center.
Pickleman’s serves toasted sandwiches, chopped salads, thin-crust pizzas, hearty soups, and fresh-baked cookies. Popular items include the Italian club and chipotle chicken sandwiches, signature tomato basil bisque, thin-crust pizzas, and loaded mac and cheese bowls.
