🌶️ Estelle, a two-story open-air bar and dining destination blending Mediterranean breeziness with Mexican flair, has opened near the southwest corner of Camelback and Saddlebag Trail in Old Town Scottsdale.
The latest concept from Jocque Concepts (the team behind The Montauk and Diego Pops), Estelle leans into a beach house meets nightlife aesthetic with soft coastal tones, curated house-music programming, and open sightlines to Camelback Mountain.
By day, it’s all breezy, relaxed lunch vibes; by night, it morphs into a warm, glowing rooftop scene with a 400-person capacity.
Chef Hector Cruz, a Mexico City native whose fingerprints are on menus across the Valley, leads Estelle’s kitchen with a lineup that marries Greek, Italian, and coastal Mediterranean flavors with Mexican brightness.
Highlights include ahi tostadas with chipotle aioli, dirty martini dip with parmesan lavash, shrimp aguachile punched up with Calabrian chile, birria grilled cheese with consomé, campanelle alla vodka capped with burrata, and a Mediterranean platter stacked with skewers, hummus and tzatziki.
Pizzas span from margherita to spicy sausage with hot honey, while desserts riff on coastal sweetness with limoncello sorbet (finished with prickly pear syrup) and house-made affogato.
The bar keeps pace with cocktails built around citrus and coastal spirits. Standouts include the mango-bell-pepper Sunseeker, honey-gin French Exit crowned with raspberry sorbet, and the Dirty Olive Oil Martini with feta-stuffed olives.
Rosé, bubbles, European wines, beers, seltzers and frozen spritzes complete the lineup.
