
🍣 Tomu-San Sushi, a restaurant blending fresh fish, a little culinary showmanship, and a Tokyo-inspired vibe, has opened at Market Street at DC Ranch on the southeast corner of Pima and Thompson Peak Parkway in north Scottsdale.
The latest venture from Valley restaurateur Tom Kaufman, whose other Market Street restaurants are The Living Room and Elvira’s, takes over the former Liberty Station space directly across the street from The Living Room and adjacent to Elvira’s.
Tomu-San’s menu focuses signature rolls, colorful nigiri flights, and creative small bites that lean playful rather than precious. There’s also lobster salad, duck and mushroom gyoza, and wagyu short rib.
Drinks keep the energy humming: sake flights, Japanese beers, and a cocktail list with yuzu, lychee, and matcha-driven infusions.
