
🍳 Sophia’s Brunch Counter – a new concept from Valley restaurateur Dave Chamberlin and his brother Aaron Chamberlin (the renowned chef behind the late St. Francis and Phoenix Public Market) – has opened on the northeast corner of Thomas and Third Street in midtown Phoenix.
Named after the owners’ granddaughter, Sophia’s blends a high-end Mid-Century Modern design (think green marble and citrus trees) with fast-casual service.
Highlights of the menu include Breakfast Fried Rice topped with a fried egg ($18), Stuffed French Toast with dulce de leche ($15), and Egg Sandwich on milk bread with spicy mayo and avocado ($16).
