Reality TV icon and restaurateur Lisa Vanderpump has brought her signature brand of ‘‘extra’’ to the desert with the opening of Wolf by Vanderpump at the Caesars Republic Scottsdale.
The globally inspired restaurant takes over the seventh-story, 6,500-square-foot space formerly home to Seven, which lasted just a year, on the northeast corner of Goldwater and Highland.
The menu leans into bold, indulgent flavors. Highlights include the Famous Goat Cheese Balls with Hatch chile hot honey (pictured on left, $17), Lobster Ceviche Crisps (center, $33), and a 14-ounce Prime Ribeye Tagliata ($79).
For those looking to “unleash their alter ego,” the Caviar & Chips comes garnished with 18-karat gold flakes ($45).
The cocktail program is equally theatrical. Guests can sip on the Sheep’s Clothing, a jalapeño strawberry sour topped with cotton candy and gold flakes ($23), or the Pump & Bump caviar martini (right, $34).
