Mediterranean restaurant Noor opens in northeast Phoenix

🧆 Noor, an upscale Mediterranean concept, has opened in northeast Phoenix, bringing Levantine comfort classics and polished casual vibes to the northeast corner of Tatum and Shea.

Mezze lovers will find both cold and hot options on the menu. The former include burrata baklava and muhamara (charred red pepper dip); the latter Shanklish cheese fritters and flambéed halloumi cheese with cherries.

Entrees range from mushroom and truffle beef kebab skewers to zesty freekeh risotto to pistachio-crusted lamb chops, and there’s Arabic ice cream for  dessert.
