
🥪 Sandwich lovers in the West Valley have a couple of new options this week.
Today, Chicago-based Potbelly brings its toasted-sandwich classics like the A Wreck and Italian, plus soups, shakes, and cookies, to its 10th Valley location at P83 on the southeast corner of Bell and 83rd Avenue in Peoria.
Laurshan Construction built the new three-tenant building next to the Peoria Sports Complex and handled the Potbelly buildout. The structure’s two other quick-serve restaurants will be announced soon.
Wednesday, Las Vegas-based Capriotti’s, known for East Coast-style subs like The Bobbie and the Capastrami, opens its fifth Valley location at Stetson Village on the northeast corner of Happy Valley and 39th Avenue in Glendale.
