Chow Ramen Hibachi opens near Chandler Fashion Center

🍜 Chow’s Ramen & Hibachi, a two-year-old comfort-food eatery in south Tempe, has opened a second location near the northwest corner of Loop 101 and Chandler Boulevard, directly across from Chandler Fashion Center.

Ramen is the centerpiece with more than a dozen options built around pork, chicken, seafood, and vegetarian broths. The lineup includes classics like tonkotsu ramen with chashu pork belly, shoyu ramen with soy-based broth, and pork or chicken miso ramen, available mild or spicy.

More indulgent bowls include katsu ramen topped with crispy fried chicken, tantan ramen with a rich, savory broth, and seafood ramen loaded with shrimp, scallops, crab meat, and fish cake. Vegan diners aren’t left out, with a dedicated vegan ramen featuring plant-based broth, tofu, and vegetables.

Beyond noodles, Chow leans heavily into hibachi-style plates, served with zucchini, onion, mushroom, carrot, broccoli, and white or fried rice. Options range from vegetable hibachi and chicken hibachi to steak, shrimp, salmon, and a combo plate with chicken, steak, and shrimp.

The menu rounds out with familiar crowd-pleasers like chicken chow mein, fried rice, beef chow fun, chicken udon, gyoza, takoyaki, spring rolls, orange chicken, and Thai tea.
