‘Check, Please! Arizona‘ Food Festival to return after 10-year hiatus

🍽️ After a 10-year hiatus, the “Check, Please! Arizona” Food Festival will return 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, April 11, at We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort at Fort McDowell.

The event, which will showcase more than 20 independent Valley restaurants, will be hosted by chef Mark Tarbell, host of the PBS show, and bestselling cookbook author Lidia Bastianich of “Lidia’s Kitchen.”

A preview dinner with Tarbell and Bastianich will take place Friday, April 10. Four courses will be paired with wines from Bastianich’s Italian wineries. Tickets at $350, which includes VIP access to the food festival.

Festival tickets alone are $75 for general admission and $120 for VIP. The latter includes early entry at 10:30 a.m. and the opportunity to meet Tarbell and Bastianich in a book signing.
