S&V Urban Italian closes Scottsdale location after 14 years

🚫 S&V Urban Italian, formerly known as Stone & Vine Urban Italian, has closed after a combined 14 years on the southeast corner of Shea and 92nd Street in central Scottsdale.

The restaurant’s name was changed in 2017 when it was sold to new owners, but it continued to offer the same menu of wood-fired pizzas, pastas, panini, and classic Italian entrees.

No explanation for the sudden closure was given.

Stone & Vine Urban Italian expanded to Chandler in 2015 and is still open, but was no longer associated with S&V. Nor was its one-time sibling concept, Sophia’s Kitchen, which also remains open in north Scottsdale.
