🍸 Neutral Ground Lounge has opened on the northeast corner of Thomas and 46th Street in Arcadia, bringing a laid-back new hangout to one of east Phoenix’s busiest dining corridors.
The drink menu keeps things approachable but thoughtful. Expect classic cocktails done well, a rotating selection of beer and wine, and a few signature house drinks.
The small-plates menu skews seasonal and chef-driven, built for sharing and grazing. Vegetable-forward dishes like slow-cooked beets with olives, chestnut, and truffle cream (pictured), bitter radicchio with garlic croutons and NGL Caesar, and seared broccolini with black and roasted garlic set the tone.
Proteins range from refined to indulgent, including hamachi crudo with fennel and grapefruit foam, crab beignets with yuzu crème fraîche, and duck liver pâté with blood orange.
Larger plates like herb-crusted Icelandic cod with Meyer lemon hollandaise, oxtail dumplings with Szechuan demi, and roasted pork belly round things out.
