🥙 Shawarmaati Mediterranean Grill, a 17-month-old restaurant in Gilbert specializing in beef and chicken shawarma, has opened a second location on the northeast corner of Arizona and Chandler Heights in Chandler.
The Middle Eastern concept originated in Amman, Jordan. Gilbert was its first U.S. location.
In addition to classic shawarma plates, the fast-casual menu offers traditional wraps, kababs, gyros, kafta, and falafel.
Desserts (pictured) include Dubai chocolate cake, pistachio baklava, and mango lotus cups.
