🌮 El Gordo Mexican Grill, a fast-casual Sonoran-style comfort food eatery, has opened its 11th Arizona location in the Home Depot parking lot on the southeast corner of Black Mountain and the Carefree Highway in Cave Creek.
The grill’s taco lineup is the starting point, with options ranging from carne asada and al pastor to chicken and carnitas, topped with onions, cilantro, and salsas.
Other highlights include huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, breakfast burritos, birria tortas, surf and turf quesadillas, and chiles rellenos.
